Make an offer

Your offer has been accepted!

Once an offer has been accepted, we will ask for you to complete some ID checks, provide us with your evidence of funding and details of your solicitors. Once received, the property is marketed as Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC).To help keep the transaction moving smoothly, we recommend instructing a solicitor and progressing your mortgage application as soon as your offer has been accepted.

Apply for your mortgage

Consider a survey

Exchange of contracts

Once all legal checks, searches, enquiries, and mortgage arrangements have been completed, you will be ready to exchange contracts.At this stage:Both the buyer and seller sign their contracts.A completion date is agreed.The buyer pays their deposit (through their solicitor).The purchase becomes legally binding.After contracts have been exchanged, both parties are committed to the transaction and can no longer withdraw without potentially incurring significant costs.Your solicitor will notify you once contracts have been exchanged and confirm the completion date, allowing you to start making arrangements for your move.

Completion and moving day!
